One dim, clickable sponsored line in a developer's coding-agent status line, billed only on cryptographically attested 5-second dwells (proof-of-inference). Self-serve CPM $4–8, managed $6–10, pilots from $500. Developers keep a 70% share. spinyield never places ads inside an agent's context.
